Liberty's 810 plan... - food is mentioned

I'm not sure where to put this, please let me know if it needs to be moved.

I'm going onto 810 after 4 weeks of LT, have started CD and am (very unusually craving salad!), so I'm going to do it and see how I go.

Day 1:
Breakfast Caramel bar
Lunch Chicken salad with skinless cooked chicken, cucumber, celery, lettuce, asparagus, fat-free dressing YUM!
Snack Frozen banana pack, cup of decaf tea with skimmed milk
Dinner Strawberry pack
 
sounds and looks good hon :D i'm on the 1000 plan. go for it!! you'll get great losses on 810 and quite a lot of people stay in ketosis on it too :)

sounds like a very good sign to me :D

wish me luck. it's my first post holiday weigh in tomorrow. not with cdc, just on my own scales. think i have shed about 5 holiday lbs leaving about 7 to go but will have to wait and see. cross your fingers for me!!
