although I am not a guy buy I have a very physical job doing permanent nights plus Ihave a horse to see to twice a day and ride I have been on LT for almost 3 weeks now and I have coped fine in fact I have more energy than before I started I found day 3 was hard for me in terms of energy but I still managed and after that Ihave been fine

Yes ther will be energy issues in the first week, but after that, the energy levels are fine. In fact being in a physical job will mean he will burn even more stored fats, so should have quicker weight loss. Also, being on the shakes, and therefor avoiding an unhealthy diet, he will in fact possibly be having the correct/healthy level of vitamins and minerals for the first time in ages, and thats why peolpe feel so much better, and most have more energy than before!

Only one way to find out, give it a go!!

thanks guys i have told hubby to maybe start his first week when he is off work in october then he will be into his second week when he goes back to work and his energy levels will be better thanks for the advice ....jenni

Sounds like a plan. Good luck to him, it means you can support each other and no temptations in the house!

My OH has a physical job and he's been fine on it. In fact our pharmacist said to him the more physical job helped him to lose so much weight on his first WI (14lbs)

I have a intense job too, not too physical but it takes a lot out of you and it was difficult at first but you get used to it after a while.

The only thing i do thats physical is when im on the job!!! :)
