i love minimins me :)
We want to loose 2 stone by christmas which is 12 and half weeks away so wish us luck :) I will give final result on 24th dec, which is day before normal weigh in

Stacey - now 15st 13lb target 13st 13lb

Lorraine - now 16st 13lbs target 14st 13lb

Verity - now 22.4st target 20st

so we roughly need to loose 2lbs a week!
I am hoping boost it by going to the gyM!
Although it really tired me out yesterday!

I am going to aim to drink 2 litres of water everyday and stop drinking fizzy pop all the time and jus have it now and again, cos am sure it effects me even if it is free

and doing 10 mins on the cross trainer each day :)

Bfast:- Weetabix (B)
Milk (A)
Lunch:- chicken breast (B) potatoes, parsnips with honey (1 Syn) cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, gravy (2 syns) yorkshire (5.5 syns) Stuffing 3 syns.

Dinner:- Pasta and sauce

Snacks:- fruit and mug shots

Monday

GREEN

Bfast:- Egg (SS) Beans (SS) Bread (4.5 syns)

Lunch:- Jacket and Beans (SS) Cheese (B)

Dinner:- Chicken (B) Pot wedges and salad

(A) milk for tea

Snacks:- Grapefruit (SS) Apples (SS)

Hey girls! I will let u know my exact weight tomorrow when I get my start weight, my mum is weighing me! shes tougher than any counsellor lol.

I am just writing up my weekly plan as my shopping has arrived yeyy!

if it helps this little tip for drinking water might help, i used to hate water and be un able to drink it but now i manage at least 2 litres a day.

get urself a small 500ml bottle and drink it room temp and not cold from the fridge, it goes down easier and because its in a smaller bottle you think you are doing really well once it has gone!
just refil it, you only need to drink 4 of those during the whole day and ur done!!
HTH, it worked for me!
 
i dont tend to drink fizzy drinks as they make me love puff but I dont drink that much so will aim for the 2 litres (thats 4 pints isnt it?)
DIdnt have dinner last night had a chicken kebab! :(

Im not good with water either, just sugar free squash but am trying to get some water down me! I weighed in this morning so I have my start weight, so happy im on the plan now! x

Dinner- not sure my friend is cooking but wont have any syns till i get to hers so should be fine as she normally does beans and jacket!

Wednesday.

GREEN DAY

BFAST - Egg and bread (4.5 syns)

Lunch - PAsta and home made sauce with cheese (B)

Snacks - x2 alpen bars and milk from allowance (A)

WEIGH IN TIME!!!

Dinner - X3 morrisons meat free sausages (4.5 syns) Mash, Gravy (2 syns) loads of veg and onions mmmmmmmmmm.

am a bit nervous about weigh in cos as you know i was a pratt at the weekend and didnt stick to it but i hopefully have limited some damage!
