When i refeed....?!?!

Iv still got a few weeks till i start thinking about eating again but im the kind of person who likes to know things in advance so i can get prepared. So what can you eat when you start refeeding?? is it just salad, chicken and prawns??

there is a refeed sheet you will get given and its a sticky on here.
If you add the carbs and feel ill (like i did i would suggest not having white carbs and exchange them for sweet potatoes, wholemeal stuff rather than them)
