Good luck hon. Its really great when someone that doesn't know notices.

Good luck. I hope it works as well if not even better for you than it has for me!

Pop in when it gets hard, if I'd not had this place, I'd have eaten loads I shouldn't by the end of day 3!
Tell us when it's good, it's inspirational!

Take care and good luck!

Have a good first day!! Hope it all goes to plan for you.

Soola, you have the perfect plan to get started. You can lay down anytime if you feel the need during these first days which for some can be pretty rough and you can work on things you can do around the house to distract you if you feel you want to eat. That way as you carry on you will already know those things that will help keep you on track. I am so glad that I was able to start during my summer vacation. I had 3 months to deal with and plan how to stay on track. I know for me I have to have a plan. Without a plan I would fall in dangerous territory. I have had a few very close calls like being out without enough supplement(packs) or waiting too long before I have a shake. As long as I have what I need at my fingertips, when I get the urge to eat what i am craving, I know if I drink a shake, problem solved.
