Really bad headache help please!!

Hello,
I am on day 4 and doing well,think I must be in ketosis as not hungry etc etc
But I have an absolutly blinding headache,so much so I don't want to open my eyes,I have a bit of a sore throat aswell so think I am catching the latest virus doing the rounds

Apart from paracetamol,what else can i take?

Hey hun, when I have a headache I was advised to have one paracetamol and one nurofen, for some reason it works.
Other than you just gotta keep on drinking the water and flush it out!
Do you have any water flavouring? I have it in hot water and it's very soothing and adds to the water intake.

I've taken Ibuprofen which helped with the evil headaches BUT make sure you take them after you've had your shake as they're meant to be taken on a full stomach.
