:wave_cry:Hi there. I am due to start LL in 4 weeks time. I have a huge amount of weight to shift(current BMI is 55:eek:) and would love to here from some people who have had success on LL. I am both terrified and excited about LL, knowing my inability to stick to diets, but also knowing I have a determination that I haven't had before.
I look forward to hearing from you!!:)

Hello there!

Welcome aboard! Glad to hear you're starting LL. If you're looking for success stories, not sure that LL Returners is the thread for you - however!!! I did foundation at the end of July 2007 & thend continued into developers in November 2007 & started Route to Maintenance in February 2008. I lost 7.5 stones in total. I was really good until I went on holiday at the end of August. It got worse when the dreaded redundancy word was mentioned at work. I lost my way a bit & now need to lose 21lbs. LL is fantastic because I know it will always be there for me regardless of whether I am in a good place or a really bad one! I have never ever stuck to a diet for more than a couple of weeks before. That has totally changed!
I wish you the best of luck. It will be an incredible journey with tough times & good times. Hang on in there. Keep in touch with MiniMins. All the girls & boys on here have kept me sane!

Hi nurse2be

My name is diane
I started lighterlife back in april and lost three stone in 14 weeks but had to take a month off due to family problems (all sorted out now). I have just returned as a developer which is basically the same as absenence but i want to reach my goal before i go on to RTM so am now in developers. Although i have found it a struggle towards the end i am doing this for myself I look better and feel much healthier also you will get lots of compliments as you start to loose your weight and will soon be buying smaller clothes for yourself. You will also get great feedback from going to the group meetings each week. This is the easiest and most succsesful diet that i've tried (and believe me i've tried them all) it gives great results in a short time. Your family won't reconise you in 14 weeks. Good luck.:D:):girlpower:

Hi

I started it yesterday, i feel great as i feel so positive, i have had to cook food for my husband and 3 kids, and im totally in the zone, it's not that your not eating, as i have my own food to eat and i think if you think about it like you have an addiction to food, so giving it up to wean yourself off and at the same time reduce your appetite.
