have you got the yello weightcare booklet or pink sole source booklet from your cdc as it is all in there the correct amounts

sorry didnt have time earlier but this is list for ss plus incase you cant find book
choose from:
120g chicken or turkey breast without skin
190g cod, haddock, or other white fish
250g steamed tofu
200g quorn
180g tuna (in water)
225g cottage cheese (reduced fat)


2 tablespoons of:
asparagus
cabbage
celery
cucumber
spinach
broccoli
cauliflower
mushrooms
courgettes
lettuce ( all kinds)

Can also use calorie free dressings and seasonings to spice it up abit.

sorry to barge in on the thread but can you use vinegar? i know a lot of salad dressings have it in them. and am i right in thinking no salt? xxx
 
What brand of mayo have you found? I haven't managed to find one that low yet!
 
yes vinegar is fine, balsamic on tuna is lovely. Just watch for the mayonnaise though, personally i wouldnt use as it still has 42cal for 15g and also 4.5g fat but down to personal choice.xx

The pink book has ss and ssplus programme info in and the yellow booklet you should get from your cdc has all the cambridge plans in. Some cdcs can charge a small fee for them if they wish but most dont but a very important book to have for reference.
