Lemsip?

Hey- normally i would just get on with having a horrific cold/sore throat/ sneezing/ runny nose but i started a new job today and its not the impression i wanted to make.

Does anyone know if we can have anything like lemsip?xx

I had the exact same last week and was on the lemsips. Told my CDC and she said the best thing is to have hot water flavouring and get some Beechams powder. In Tesco they had the flavoured beechams and a tiny pack called 'beechams powders' which dont have any taste to them from what I could see.

also cough syrups can be full of sugar too.
