Saggy bum

I knew my bum was shrinking when I went swimming and my swimsuit was baggy around my backside.. but today went to try a SIZE 16 skirt on , and caught sight of my bum in the mirror...
I can't believe how wrinkly it is! Also my thighs are a bit loose too if that makes sense!
I am putting loads of body cream on several times a day! and drinking plenty of water.. I just hope that in 4 stones time I don't need braces to hold my skin up

I'd rather have a saggy bum than a fat bum lol!

It'll reshape itself i'm sure, maybe need to do a few toning exercises?

I've just invested in a vibroplate.
I love using it, so hopefully it'll work.

You stand or sit on it while it vibrates.
I've only had mine for a few days, but I love it.

I got a different brand from Ebay, but mine looks exactly the same, but is pink!

The lady selling lived close by, so I managed to fit it in my car, and save on delivery, so it cost me less than £100.
Worth every penny.

They sell them on one of the shopping channels for around £150 I think

Has anyone used this bit of kit and seen results???
I was tempted with the pilates work station at the weekend but I'm a bit short of space at home....

Mine is by Marcy, which I especially loved because of the name.
You can see it on the Littlewoods site,
but I got a real bargain.

There's a more compact version on a shopping channel, Via-tv for £109.99

There's also a small version on Ideal World called Power Tonic for £139.99 incl. p&p

There are lots of demos and exercise demonstrations on you tube.

I cycle 30min to and from school when I do it in a fast pace.. Not lost too much ( umm.. 2 stone?) yet but my bum isn't saggy..

I have booked a trial on the power plates at my local gym for tomorrow. Cant wait, hopefully it wont take long to sort out my squishy bits!
