Hi all,

Quick info on me, lost 3 stone last year before I married in August, 2 stone on ww, then put a bit back on so lost the rest with Lighter Life (didnt actually do 100 days but a month course). Fell pregnant in Nov then 7 weeks ago had my 3rd child. I had then put all the weight back on. 3 weeks ago I joined back at ww and have to date lost 8lbs. My mum is going to LL tonight to do a refresher course for 4 weeks, and wants me to go with her. I want to go, my husband doesn't! He hates me dieting full stop but I really want to shift my weight again as I know how great and healthy I felt last year when I had shifted it, its such a great feeling and I am so mad at myself for eating like a horse when pregnant!! Anyhow I want to go on the refresher course see how I get on, then when I'm done go straight back to weightwatchers, do you think this sounds like it will work, wasn't sure if ww would work after such a drastic diet?
.

I did LL a couple of years ago and have put 2 stone back on. I've started again but on CD, as it's half the price...Joined the begining of August and have lost 30lb so far. It's not been easy, but it will be worth it.
Good luck.

Hi Kat
Weight management is so difficult - it is easy to lose the weight via a VLCD but the challenge is learning to live with food afterwards!
I have returned to lighterlife after a gain of 2 stone - I have lost 22lbs in 7 weeks - was doing the 1 month course but I find the counselling amazing and so I have stayed.
I have learned more about myself this time then when I did LL 2 1/2 years ago.
I would recommend returning to LL- to learn how to cope with food and the stress of having a little one [grab and go food always puts the pounds on!]
You will feel amazing when the weight drops off xx
