:(I didn't lose a thing this week - not even a pound! And I didn't cheat!!!:(

Thing is I've switched my WI day from Saturday morning to Friday evening. This means that I weighed in a work clothes, rather than shorts and tee shirt, and that I'd been drinking water all day rather than weighing in straight from my bed. It's amazing how much difference these small things can make but luckily I'd anticipated the issue and thus aren't too disappointed! I've been living on this stuff too long to let it get me down!!! :confused::confused::confused:
 
Well at least you know why there was no loss. Here's to a better result next week! :)
 
Maybe keep a set of scales at home as well which you can weigh in of a morning, then you'll know there's a loss when you're not full up with water and shakes. Those things can be quite heavy, lol!
 
great positive attitude the loss will show next week which I'm sure you now, dont bother using scales at home you will become obsessed and not all scales show the same weight stick to your new weigh in

It will defo show next week hun.
I know my hubby works nights & when he is on shift his loss is the same, bit disheartening at first but cos you are an expert I hope you dont get downhearted cos you KNOW it will be off at next WI :)
You have done amazing so far by the way WELL DONE!!

Hey Scaz, great attitude babe, next week will be a great loss. I know I weigh anything up to 3kg more if I weigh before bed - that's why I never do it!!!!!!
