I didn't lose a thing this week - not even a pound! And I didn't cheat!!!
Thing is I've switched my WI day from Saturday morning to Friday evening. This means that I weighed in a work clothes, rather than shorts and tee shirt, and that I'd been drinking water all day rather than weighing in straight from my bed. It's amazing how much difference these small things can make but luckily I'd anticipated the issue and thus aren't too disappointed! I've been living on this stuff too long to let it get me down!!!
