I am LOVING IT!!!!!! LOL

Anybody else find their tastebuds adjusting like this? I've always liked my coffee strong but with milk or sometimes coffeemate (no sugar -bleh!). Now I find myself gettin all coffee snobby and no longer happy with Asda's own -oh no no no...I've moved up to Kenco! Oh Yes!lol Sometimes I treat myself and throw in an extra tsp AND! Because I'm not eating a feast at midnight anymore I'm still sleeping!

So ppl -any coffee recommendations?:D:D

I hate coffee and cannot tolerate caffeine - migraine city! It makes finding variety on this a little bit harder!

My grandmother buys something called 'Blue Mountain' from proper coffee shops. It's supposed to be the dogs... well... you get what I mean... ;)

Hi,

I am a coffee addict and if the CD did not allow coffee.... i would not be doing it! I have always drank my coffee really strong and black anyway (hate milk - yak)....

I normally drink Nescafe gold blend, but 3 spoon fulls in a big mug (not healthy i know). my mam also bought me a big "costa coffee" type machine as a house warming prezzie a few years ago and its the best thing ever. I normally buy the grounded coffee from Starbucks or if im feeling like a real treat and im in York in buy it from "Betty's"... its expensive but the best coffee ever, you can even have it with hints of chocolate or caramel, sounds yuk, but its not!

Im with you on the "cheaper" brands of coffee, someone in my family buys the Asda smartprice one ... so i dont accept a cup there anymore lol...

Good luck with the diet and search for perfect coffee! x

I am coffee lover!...have my own coffee bean grinder and all! if you want to brew coffee..illy is fab!(can get it in tesco!) Am also a fan of kenco and nescafe...but black iv found nescafe expresso instant coffee is fab....its pretty cheap in asda...is really strong and kina froths on top.

Nope, we wouldn't be allowed any flavoured coffees whilst on the diet but you can always have it to look forward to once you reach target :)

I too am a coffee addict, and I think my body would have been out of sorts if I couldn't have my usual caffaine intake,...very suprised I like it black!!...as I always liked a good serving of milk in it!... As I dont feel so deprived if I am out, today we went to the farm with a friend and the kids, and it still felt good to stop and have a coffee in the farm cafe!

No the chocolate and caramel coffee thing from betty's is just a grinded coffee bean, its not flavoured syrup or anything you add to the coffee, its something to do with the kind of coffee bean and hows it grown and roasted, so no extra cal's or carbs etc. There is about 50 different flavours...

Have a look at this link, but quickly skip to the bottom page past all the food that will prob make you water at the mouth lol

There are some more Betty's cafe's apart from york. x

i like my black coffee weak and am a bit of a coffee slut - don't mind what type it is. What i have found, if i don't have it, i become constipated!! TMI i know but it's weird - doesn't matter if it's decaf or full caf - need it to have the same effect lol

I lived on coffee when on the diet and learnt to love black coffee!

Still drink black now and have my Starbucks Extra Hot Venti Black Americano With Sugar Free Hazelnut No Room every Saturday when I got shopping in Norwich :)

I'm a bit of a coffee slob, I prefer decaff granules but buy whatever is on special offer or Tesco's own. I was always a tea drinker, weak and milky but can't stand black tea. I occasionally drank coffee, again weak and milky, but like black (still weak) coffee, don't think I will ever drink it with milk again! I do need sweeteners in it though.
