Atkins

Has anyone gone straight to Atkins from LT, without the official refeed? I know last time I did LT I found the refeed harder than the actual diet!

I guess that's more or less what I'm doing - I'm finding it OK

Thanks howdy - fab username! Just can't decide what to do. I love WW and Atkins but they're not flexible enough. The JUDDDD looks good too, and better suited to my "pig" days.

And OMG well done on that amazing weight loss!
