Not really had a looksie in here before... however am concious that I don't want to be talking about what I've been eating in the main LT forum as it's temptation for those on TFR

I only really started taking on an evening meal of fish or meat on spinach leaf, watercress & rocket (super foods apparently) to help with the giddiness I was getting from my weight training & gym / swim work (saunas & steamrooms prolly didn't help with that either !)

It's easy to get back into the eating swing... too easy in fact... my portion sizes are quite small (a nice bed of green & a nice salmon fillet / steak portion).

It's extremely satisfying BUT I do feel slightly guilty eating on non-gym days (due to work madness I didn't go from Monday to Wednesday but still ate an evening meal) - gonna change this to only eating when I work out.

I've swerved any carbs thus far so guess I am still in ketosis (although dammit you have to watch out for the Chinese style chicken thighs... loads of additional carbs / sugars due to the flavouring).

I'm being taken out for a meal in London on the 2nd Oct so will be interesting how I get on when I have to choose someting from a preset menu as opposed to buying specifically what I want...

Anyway I'll have a good read of your posts for inspiration hints & tips :D x

How is it all going for u howdy? By your posts u seem to be doing really well - im very impressed!

Im going to Killarney on 2nd October for a poker game - Im really looking forward to it - I will be thinking of u eating your first meal out.

Eating out is definitely more difficult - in the last few weeks I have ate out more than I have ate in - and with stopping smoking - I did put on a few pounds - but Ive been really extra good and im almost back to where I was. :)

Stay focused and in control babe and you will just rock. Your gym routine will stand by you babe xox

I wish this refeed forum was as fast as the other one... I'm nervous about starting refeed and I'm curious as to how many people manage to keep the weight off.
Where you at Howdy, is it going ok?

howdy have you tested to see if you are still in ketosis? Are you having the LT shakes or maintenance shakes? Just wondering as i'm thinking of having 2 shakes & protein meal as not liking refeed, cheers hun x
