Update from Monsson!

Monsoon

Loving LT!!!
Hi all, sorry not been very supportive, not been on here for ages. Had a bad few weeks, police/16yr old son, need i say more!!! As for lipotrim, I have been on refeed for 4 weeks now, have put on most weeks, not much but it matters to me, the pharmasist reckons I'm not taking in enough water, and refused to let me go back on to trf . ( i had to ask) gonna try and have more water and less coffee for a week and see how that go's. I have now taken up pilates, aqua aerobics and swimming (1 a week of each - dont want to overdo it!:D) I also now walk my daughter to school once a week and cycle 4 times, its a good 3 mile trek so 6 miles by the time I've got home and a total of 12miles by the end of the day, nothing noticing yet but I am patient! Hope your all well, i do read the threads but don't often post but I'm still out here!!!! take care

hi monsoon! i wouldnt worry too much about the re-feed weight gain- its only 1.5lbs over the whole 4 weeks! and at least you get to actually bite something now! maybe its to do with the water intake- but never know it might be down to the stress of your bad few weeks! im sure you'll be fine next week, dont worry too much x

When I refed my first time....I put up 5lbs in the first two weeks and then it balanced out and I maintained quite easily after that......so hang in there. After being on TFR for so long it will take a few weeks.

I have an 18yr old son.....so sympathy hun! Hugs!

it is good to hear from you hun, been wondering how you are and glad to know that you are ok. dont worry yourself 2 much about the weight gain hun, sounds like u have been a bit stressed which really doesnt help at all when trying to maintain your weight, as i have found out today, done nothing but pig out all day now in agony with my tummy ! serves me right, i still cope badly with stressful situations which is something i am going to work on.

you have done unbelieveably well and have been my inspiration.

drinking water certainly helps, the week that i drank alot of diet coke and not much water i was up 1kg,last week i cut out the diet coke more or less completely +had quite alot of water, cut out bread, pasta, potatoes and rice and was down 2kg this week so it can be done hun, you will be fine. keep us posted on how u are. hope things get better for you

You do gain a few lbs initially after TFR...its just your glycogen being restored. Like Sarah says, it will balance out hun. Don't stress too much, get glugging the water. ( I say don't stress, but I'm the worlds worst if the scales go up a lb).

Awwww great to see you back on sweetheart - like others have said you've been a total inspiration to me throughout my LT journey - still in awe at your losses & dedication :) xx

I've not been v supportive recently either  Not through lack of wanting to - just not enough hours in the day dammit...

Its lovely to hear from you as you really inspired me to start on the diet. Well done on your amazing achievement and I'm sure your weight will stabilize once the stress is gone.
with warm regards

Thankyou, all I've heard is people keep on losing straight away on rf, so that really does make me feel alot better! x

I was told just yesterday about the glycogen stores so i'll re think my attitude! hopefully once my weight does settle, i'll feel better x

Hi Tara
I cant believe its a month since u did the refeed. Don't worry about the weight gain. It balances itself out after a while. Have u had any hair loss yet. I got it so bad i had to change my hair style.
