I haven't been for my weigh in yet this week, but I know I've lost about 6lbs.
My weight loss is usually about 4lbs a week.
I've been on the diet for about two months, and I know it will slow down over time.
I must confess that I don't eat three meals a day, usually one large one and something small. And I hardly have any sins, most of my food is free. I do have my healthy extras every day.
Am I loosing too quickly? Should I be eating more?
What are the downsides of loosing so fast?
Everyone seems to say "1-2lbs a week is a healthy loss". But my consultant hasn't said anything to me yet about loosing too fast.
Should I change what I am doing with food in order to loose slower?
