How much weight.....

Just to keep me going...how much weight do you think I could expect to lose by Christmas (14 weeks)? I weigh 13 stone 2 now.
Obviously I know there's no exact answer, but just an idea would be good.

i lost 5 stone in that time but i was aa whopping 17 st 13lbs to start with

I'd say 3 to 3.5 stone if you stick too it completely with no cheats and plenty of water. You get a stone a month and usually a bit more in the first month cos of the first weeks weight loss usually being quite a big one. You might get to your target, if not you won't be far off x
