Christmas time.

MorbidBubblewrap

Is thinking positive!
I got asked a question before, That will I be doing Lipotrim over Christmas and New year, And to be honest I actually had to think about it  But I was pondering the idea of not doing it for a week.. But sod that I have come this far I am not going to come off it for a week and risk putting weight on, No feckin way Jose...:D

What about you lot? Have you thought about what you will do over the festive period?

Hi hun, I am thinking I will be at target by then but if not I am staying on lipotrim. This is my third try and I know that for me I can't come off or I won't get back on track and I can't risk it.

Obviously everybody is different and some would be fine with a break. Also if I am eating again I've already agreed with the family that we aren't going food mad x

Hello honey :D

I made a decision a few weeks ago, I am coming off LT on the 15th November, the reason being that it gives me a week re feed and a week of maintance before my parents will be having a surprise 18th birthday party for my wee brother, and then Xmas is sooo close.

So I am coming off, 1 week re feed and then the rest 2 maintaince and 1 meal a day until the first week in January.

The way I look at it is, it Xmas, a real family thing for me, I have the rest of the year to diet, and I will be good, and I can have a drink come Xmas eve, Xmas Day, Boxing day, New Years eve etc ..................... :giggle: Plus I have promised my OH's parents and siblings and extended family that I will cook Dinner on New years day

Lets face it, I am a good girl, so I will be ok ......................... fingers crossed ! ! !

Come January I have till the following December to be on LT ! ! !

i was thinking about it and hopefully i'll be about a month off goal.. if i eat it'll just be the turkey and nothing more.. im thinking i'll judge it nearer the time though.. i dunno if i'd be strong enough by then and if i dont think i will be then i'll stay tfr.

Hey sweetie, Sounds like a plan...And like you said come January you have all year to be on Lipotrim, So be good over Christmas NO REALLY BAD INDULGING MISSY! Or santa won't bring you you're prezzies for being a very naughty girl :D:D

I thought I was going to refeed around the 18th Dec and then go straight back onto TFR either after Christmas or January 1st. However I know how hard it will be to get back on LT and at risk of putting a huge amount of weight back on I think I am going to stick with it over Christmas and New Year until I reach my goal around the end of Jan to mid Feb.
I know its going to be really difficult over Christmas but at the end of the day the way I see it is its only one Christmas out of the rest of my life.
People always complain after the festive period about how much they have overdone it over Christmas etc etc - well I guess if all goes to plan I wont have that problem and will have the new slim me to look forward to in early 2009!
But thats just me!

got all excited there calculating that! i should be healthy weight by christmas.. i cant wait!! wooooo!:D

Awwww Good for you Missy,That would be great if you did...Lucky cow :D:D

At Christmas I will mainly eating...

roast beef, gravey and veggies, with a couple of roasties and maybe a yorkshire too
I only want to have a proper chrimble dinner :party0016: I am not fussed about alcohol or pudding.

I hope to be near goal weight by then and if a little indulgence puts on a couple of pounds then so be it. I will do cambridge in the new year and have a look at my goals then:party0011:

well hopefully ill be at my goal weight or close enough to come off LT before xmas!!!!! fingers crossed! im just s****ing myself about putting the weight back on. Oh well ill just have to keep an eye on my weight and deal with it as it comes. At least it'll be easier losing a few pounds than 7 stone!!!!!!!!!!

mmmmmmmmmmm chipper lol ,,, i hope i have more weight gone for xmas , i will eat that day refeed week before i guess ,ill have to wait and see

I really dont know what to do about xmas, Ive been using xmas as my half way point & hopefully will have lost half of what i need to! But ....... think if i come off i wont be able to start again, plus im not sure how refeed & maintanance actually work? Its hard also as its just my little girl and I, so really i should be having xmas dinner with her....might just wait till nearer the time to decide!

I'm not bothered about alcohol,or pudding - just want my potatoes and yorky porkies! We won't have turkey - it'll be beef or lamb yum yum!!

I'm hoping to be at my target then so even if i only eat one day this year since 1 September, it'll be 25th December!!

i'm defo having a week off at christmas. I allowed myself time off when we had family over, time off for my holiday i've just had, and time off at christmas. i planned all these before i started the diet and i've got past 2 of the hurdles and have got back on LT fine so roll on christmas! lol 13 weeks till food!
