Water intake.

Is thinking positive!
Just out of sheer nosiness :p How much water do you lot drink everyday?

I drink around 3 litres, Is that enough do you reckon? :confused:
 
I think Its roughly around 4 plus litres but it can vary but it never goes below 3

I get through at least 4 litres, if not 5, every day.
 
Water is what stops me being hungry and its great for this time of night when I want to do some munching
 
I drink 4 litres a day. I have the 2L evian bottles so two of them a day makes it easier to drink i think, doesnt make it feel like you have loads to get through.
 
I have whatever my body and bladder can hold!!

Well, tis usually around 4-5 litres, but I believe that you shouldn't go above the 5 litre mark as it can be dangerous to do so xx
 
My aim is to get at least 5 litres down me per day. That includes the extra litre I have in all three shakes combined though. Got another 2 litres to get through tonight to keep on track... :( I do struggle with the water so you're not alone Sarah - never been a big drinker unless there's rum in it ;)

My pharmacist advised me to drink between 2l and 3l of water everyday and dont go above or below that amount+the amount of water that you put on your shakes or soup. If you yave the flapjacks, add an extra 0.5l of water.

 
I have 6 litres a day + a little extra in my shakes. I add more water to my shakes as i find them too thick/creamy if i added the amount of water that LT recommends.

Thanks for that Mick, I drink 3 litres at the moment, So guess I am doing right, Thanks for letting me know Mick :):)
 
I am really struggling with the water at the moment (have been for a couple of weeks). This is mainly because I spend my days rushing around at 100mph and forget a lot of the time!
I always make sure I have atleast 2L minimum (usually around 3L per day) but ideally I would aim to drink about 4L.
I definitely feel better when I have drank atleast 3L though and I get much better weight losses.
Must try harder lol!!!
