Hi All
My mum wants to go on Slimfast as she has seen how much weight I have lost on Lipotrim and is now inspired to do something about her weight, Lipotrim isnt for her as she has medical conditions that means she cant do it but she has asked me to ask someone who will know whats the average weight loss per week on Slimfast if she sticks to it religiously having 2 shakes or meal replacement bars and a healthy balanced reasonably low calorie meal in the evening. She isnt a snacker so wouldnt be having 2 snacks in the day. She is good at cutting back and dieting if she wants too but as she is busy she thinks slimfast may be a a better option as she can use ready blended smoothies and shakes rather than carrying a tupperware box of salad everywhere!
