Helpful advice please :)

I've gained some weight over the past half a year thanks to being lazy, drinking too much and more recently going on holiday, but I'm having real trouble losing it again. I really only want to lose about 4 or 5 kg, just so I can get back to the way I was, but my willpower is just awful...I'll start trying to cut down my daily calorie intake, but it will go out of the window after a few days, until I start feeling down again and then criticise myself for not being able to stick to it. I'm not overweight, but I'm really short and so I feel like it's extremely obvious :(

When I'm at uni I have a sports pass, so I'm able to use the gym for free, but I can't afford private membership and so have failed to do any proper exercise all summer :(I think my diet is, on the whole, fairly healthy, but I have a huge appetite and always have trouble trying to control myself...I know if I pause and resist having a second helping of food, I will feel full pretty soon and won't need it anyway, but the temptation is too great. Also, often socialising with my friends involves a meal, and then everyone gets desert, and I find it so difficult to refuse, as telling them I'm trying to lose weight will provoke a response where they tell me not to be silly and I end up being convinced to order a huge ice cream!

Any helpful advice or tips people are able to offer would be much appreciated...as my previous attempts to lose some weight have failed, I guess I'm going about it in the wrong way..

Thanks x

Hi hun, I think most of us have been where you are now. I was miserable. I'd tried every diet out there. I too loved seconds. I too had difficulty refusing food if it was offered to me.

I had to get myself totally in the diet zone. For me I did Lipotrim. Its a total food replacement diet and its done through chemists. I never for one second thougth I'd be able to stick to it, but it felt AMAZING being in control. My weight simply dropped off.

Check out the Lipotrim forum....all the guys on there are amazing.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do. Please make sure you post on here hun. I know its taken a while for someone to reply, but not as many people look in this part of the forum. Get on the lipotrim forum and you'll get loads of support.
xx
