I think your weight can fluculate throughout the day, so the best time to weigh yourself is a similar time on the the same day of the week.

I would probably leave it until Wednesday, but I am quite new to ww.
 
I never weigh myself between official weigh ins as weight can fluctuate. So don't worry just stick to your daily points and relax.

Yes, wait and see what your wi says. If it then turns out you haven't had the results you would have hoped for, then is the time to look at what you are eating.
 
I know it is not a lot but things can only get better. Did you keep a tracker as I know when I don't write it down I put on.
