Well, kind of.
- starter - warm vanilla shake
- can't have rice on SS+200 cals so I had half a courgette instead
- the chicken was lovely but there wasn't much of it
- the sauce...well I'm not allowed that so I poured the watery stuff from the courgette over the chicken to moisten it and pretended
- poppadums - well they are round aren't they so I cut the other half of the courgette up and imagined
- spices - not sure if this was allowed so I use a pinch of black pepper instead
- a glass of wine - ok so I poured some of my 3 litre water allowance into a wine glass
- total calories = 173
- was that ok?
