Well i'm on day 11 using sole source and the last couple of days i've felt like complete **** i dont know if what i'm experiencing is the diet so if any one can shed some light on the following problems please let me know.
Stabbing pains in my shoulder, back and stomach. Blurred vision and heart palpitations.
I'm a little bit worried, should i come off the diet?

If you are worried you'ren first port of call should be your GP. It is not necessarily anything to do with the diet especially as you have been on it for 11 days. But I would stop until you have been checked over.

Hun that sounds a bit like gallstones (I've just had my gallbladder removed because of them). With gallstones you can get a pain in your right shoulder as well as in your back and stomach.
You deafiantely need to go and see your GP and they will probably arrange for you to have a scan in a couple of weeks time (don't worry if it is gallstones the pain will usually disappear in a couple of hours). For the time being I'd take the strongest pain killers you can handle (don't worry it won't knock you out of ketosis).

Go and see your GP straight away if you have stabbing pains in your abdomen. If it is bad enough to make to double over or hurts when you move or breath then that is not a good sign. You body is telling you something is not right. Also shoulder pain is not a good sign alongside the abdomenal pain. Could be anything from an ulcer to gallstones, appendicits or ectopic...don't be alarmed just go see your GP or NowDoc...x
