Hi,

I just started on cambridge sole source today and this is the first time i have tried it. I don't have very good will power and love food

Does anyone want to be my buddy?

I weigh 10 stone and want to weigh 8.

I will. I'm now 12st 12, lost over a stone so far, and want to weigh a lot less than that!!

Wow thats good, how long has it taken you to lose that? I am hoping to lose a stone in 2 weeks on ss do you think that is realistic?
