Greek Yoghurt

Quick question does any one know it we are allowed greek yoghurt?
If yes how much are we allowed.
All replies greatly appreciated.

Can't say i've ever seen it mentioned on the SS+ or 810 list (haven't read anything higher), but then I don't really pay attention to dairy as I can't have it.

A CDC will be along shortly im sure.

If you are on 810 you can have 150g of 0% greek yoghurt instead of your milk allowance.

Just the plain stuff though. Not the fruity kind or anything
