As some of u know, ive been off LT since 2days ago due to being sickly.. but i wanna start back up asap as i wanna keep my targets.. do i finish all my lt packets then go bk to chemist after they are done? or go bk on usual weigh day?
Its up to you hun, but I would go back on usual weigh in day, get yourself weighed, explain to chemist you have been unwell and then buy enough to top up what you've got remaining to last you until next weigh in day x x x
