New..question about GPs

Hi

I am new here, hope this isnt a silly question!

I have lost 20lb in the last 3 weeks restricting down calories from 1200 down to 800-900. Now I am wanting to amp things up a bit.

I spoke to my GP about things however he wont help because of my BMI. LT is available in my area-- can I go directly to the company?

I dont want to buy from ebay or whatever, want to go the proper routes.

Have been tonight and got Slim fast powder. Will try this out for the next two weeks and see how it suits.

Any help would be fabulous

Thanks in advance

you buy lipotrim from pharmacies here in lancashire and they monitor you. no gp involved. Go to the lipotrim website (their official website) and it gives you the pharmacies that offer the lipotrim programme. im sure its the same in london. good luck.

1200 is already a fairly low number of calories, that isn't your usual pre-diet intake is it?
Was your GP's issue that your BMI was too high, or too low?
If your BMI is low already, a VLCD may not be a good idea as you will probably suffer muscle loss and feel grim!
