How close to your wi will you eat

Getting weighed late in the day is a new concept for me. Ive always weighed at home as soon as Ive got up.

Im now having to wait til about 1730 to weigh in at my class.

How late in the day do you eat on a wi day. Im feeling a bit peckish but reluctant to eat so close to my wi.

Whats your cut off point??

When I did SW I used to WI at 6pm.

I used to have a normal breakfast, then a light lunch around 12 noon. I used to stop drinking water around 2pm. As long as you do the same each week it doesn't really matter what cut off time you use. Good Luck with WI xx

My wi is at 6:45pm tonight. And like 30flirtygirl have had a normal breakfast and light lunch 1ishand now don't plan to eat until after wi. I have pointed and made my tea and evening snack, so will have them after wi.

I w.i at 6.30 ish and dont drink to much fluid on the day or eat after 2pm ... if i get really desperate i have a yog or a cpl of ryvita but thats it!

I am lucky as my weigh in is at 11 am. I don't have anything at all until after weigh in not even a drink of water

i am like you all dont eat or drink after 1pm my lunch time

If you are hungry have your dinner, it will even out in the long run. good luck
