Well i have well and truely had a break from ssing, thought i could lose the last 2 stone with WW but boy was i wrong ,lol. So here i am back on the board 10lbs heavier, boo hoo!!!!! Anyway phoned a cdc tonight, shes new and in my area which is fab and she sounds lovely, i am meeting her on Monday evening at her house for a weigh in and start tuesday, really excited about it now. When i was doing CD before i used to meet the cdc in a car park and hand over the money get my shakes and that was it no weigh in or anythng so i am pleased that she does weigh ins as i think that was why i started going wrong and cheating cos i was weighing myself.

Anyway expect to see me alot on here from next week, nice to be back.

Well done for finding a better cd counsellor and most of all for coming back to us.
