I am new here. I've been looking for a message board like this for a long time. I can't believe it took me this long to find it! It is so much easier to work at getting in shape when there are others in the same boat, and we know we are not alone.

I am trying to do it on my own by cutting back, and I am failing miserably, lol!

well yeah grrrrr not sure if ive given meself too much of a target lol..but hey ill give it a good go lol. I cant get a weight loss ticker goin cause ive not got over 100lbs to loose :( can anyone help me with that one.
well come on now msjmc u can do and u know u can.otherwise ill be rd there to kick ya butt haha x
 
Mandy ... where are you girl hehe , how are you going ? with the ticker try tickerfactory.com and paste the first code in bbcode on the edit Signature and then save .
