im sat here typing this with tears poring down my face:cry:. im on week 5 and i feel worse now than i did when i first started LT. I have got to a stage where i cant sleep at night and by the time i get up in the morning it feels like iv only had a couple of hours of sleep. I usually go to bed between 10.30 and 11pm and finally get to sleep about 2.30am. Im waking up with a head ache and no energy! I no the shakes are easier to make than cooking a meal but i cant be arsed making them. Sometimes i dont even feel like having my last shake of the day and have been to bed with out it on 2 occasions. I was so happy a couple of weeks ago and now i feel like i have lost a pound and found a penny (how ever that saying go's):cry: People have commented on me looking glum and i no they are saying its down to this diet, im not stupid.
Im not going to quit it!! i dont really no what i want from this post its pretty pointless but i just wanted to tell someone what i was feeling without people saying "come off the diet" i no you guys are not like that cos you are very supportive :sigh: sorry for moaning.
