I'm still here!!!

Sorry not been able to post this week, but DH has been hogging the pc, which means I have HAD to go to bed early to avoid the munchie attacks!!

Tomorrow my first week on my CD restart will come to an end. I will weigh myself and let you all know how I have done.

Must say I am still rather envious of those of you who have CDCs who help you through. I know I couldnt do it without support from all of you guys!! I find it odd that I always weigh myself, and despite having tried my two local CDCs neither has ever weighed nor measured me. Still, thats been the status quo for a while now, so for my restart, I did know what I was getting!!!

Will be back tomo, then, with my details!!!

Welcome back.... men they're a pain.... do they not know its one thing not eating but another having no PC access!!!!!!

Good luck with WI. How come your CDC don't weigh/measure - have they not got a scales? I would have thought that that at least a WI is part of the 'musts' on their list of what to do......

I think it is, but this is a subject I discussed on here at length, last time I did CD! I have a choice two locally, neither has ever weighed or measured or counsellled me, therefore I buy packs because CD is the best, and rely on Minis and friends for my support!!

I see.....have to say I'm lucky to have a great CDC, but the support on here (at any time of night or day) is invaluable.....if someone took away my computer I'd be in a right state! Had broadband trouble a few weeks ago (got it sorted after hours!) and was in a right flap. I'll never underestimate the power of this site to keep the motivation up and support on tap. x
