Hehe, the amount of people that have had to ask that (me included) makes it funny...... why they dont just call it a period is beyond me - we're all adults here! But apparently it comes from the consultant putting a star in your book during THAT week to explain a gain or STS xxx

I put a star on my own calendar, have done for years, it tells me when I am due, lol
