Help! I'm on day 5 and have stuck to LT religiously this week. I'm desperate for something to eat - first WI is Monday a.m. Help!!:eek:

Andhow, go have a bath read a book take the dog for a walk if you can distract yourself until your next shake you will reap thr benefits LT has got to offer just picture yourself in a couple of weeks when you have had a couple of WIs.

fantastic start keep it up, if you struggle at all if you can come on here look at the inspiration slide show i find that helps me no end i look at the before and after photos and think wow thats what helps me.......jenni x
 
aagghh caved in when i got home and had a bag of crisps - mind you, put me off eating - felt v sick. have had chicken soup and now on water for the rest of the night. thank you for your support - i've been reading this forum all week and it's fantastic. will stick to shakes and soup from now on :eek:
