Tablespoon measure?

I'm starting refeed tomorrow, prior to a 2 week holiday.
I've read all the info and am just a bit confused about what they mean by a tablespoon (for the cooked veg)
I've got a set of measuring spoons and the tablespoons one is very small, I can't see it would be worth cooking an amount that small, it would disappear in the pan!
Do they mean a serving spoon, rather than a measuring type tablespoon?
I don't want to overdo it, but I want to get it right! :sign0163:

that was also confusing for me so rather than get it wrong i've been sticking with the small bowl of salad instead. having read the leaflet 2spoonfuls of cooked veg wasn't worth bothering with, good luck with the refeed

Hi, I had salad too! :) Easier - no cooking involved - bag of lettuce few baby tomatoes - bobs ur uncle! :)

xxx GOOD LUCK xxx

Oh Gawd! Thanks anyway Guys. I've just come back from work via Asda, with a bag of veg!
I'll try to eyeball a sensible portion then.
Cheers. xx

a tablespoon is a tablespoon - bigger than a desert spoon but deffo smaller than a serving spoon!!! dont overdo it!!!

1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons
1 desertspoon = 2 teaspoons

I would stick to the small bowl of salad myself - i mean how much veg is 3 teaspoons :O
