in ketosis? in only on day to and just checked and im def in it!! and checked yes and had traces of it!! is this a prob?

The sooner in the better! Everyone is different - nowt to worry about! Just enjoy the fat that very quickly your body is turning into a little fat furnace!!

I was definitely fully into ketosis by day three, although last nights stick showed me to be dehydrated but thats because I ran out of water on Monday. My shopping did not arrive until the eve.

i bought the sticks in the chemist yes just to keep a check on it!! delighted when i seen it!! woohoo!!

Hi Catz

My sister started LL on Tuesday, and had her pop-in last night (Weds night) and did her ketostix there, and the llc confirmed that she is in ketosis!! Great that you are too!! Best of luck xx
