Holiday countdown

I go on holiday in 3 weeks so I'm starting to worry about how much weight I will put on whilst I am away. I am going to Florida for 2 weeks and will take a break from the diet regime. However, I expecting the worse!

We have lots of activities booked in so it will be energetic and tiring.

Don't worry too much, it is your holiday after all, not a punishment! OK, granted the food in the USA is beyond anything normal! but you will walk so much during the day, it really won't be that bad. I'd say the main thing is to enjoy yourself and just know that when you get back you can climb aboard the dieting wagon and be fine by Christmas!

I went away for 2 weeks while on CD 2 years ago. I had the usual packs and ate out once a day with the family, also drank a fair amount. I swam everyday and walked miles, still lost 6lb in the two weeks, so you could maybe try that....Good luck

I went to Orlando for a fortnight in May and believe it or not lost 3lbs.
It's far too hot over there to scoff your face and have that overly stuffed feeling (and I can eat like a horse).
You've also got to think of all the extra miles walking you will be doing. I never walk anywhere so when I was covering mile upon mile in the themeparks I must have been burning lots of cals :D

Have a fantastic holiday. The food over there is fab, especially if you like ribs, and you will be spoilt for choice too.
