Its me, I'm back and almost 7 lbs heavier:sigh:

It all came on over a 1 -2 week period of time and i was 9lbs up but have lost a couple by cutting back.

It is sooooooo hard getting back on the wagon. I'm 40 in just over 2 weeks and I swore I would not be fat again but i'm starting to drift again. I wanted to be at my lightest but i won't be now.

Don't know what to do:(

Any suggestions?

By the way, well done BL and Bex:D

Hi ya Lemma!! Nice to have you posting!! Obviously would have been nicer if you weren't struggling! That said!! No regrets just get back in there and do what you had been doing so well before!!! You know you can do it... I wish I could bottle up my focus and give it to you :) Thanks for the nice compliment too. I still have 2 stone to go so let's do this together!!!! :)

Hi hon!

Sorry you are struggling... :( .... but look at the big picture. You are only 7 pounds up. But you are about 25-30 pounds down. ;)
Those 7 will go swiftly - just refocus your direction, and do what you have done so well in the past. You can do it.

Have you done your thought records, or anything when you had your wobble? Did that help?

Hang in there....we're here to help too. You're not alone. :)

xx

YOU ARE AMONG FRIENDS

Hi Lemma
You've done the hardest part -admitting you are slipping. Well done, get back on track and remember what you have already achieved. You'll get there - and more so.
Happy 40th.:party0011::party0011::party0011::party0011::party0011:

I know how you feel, just try to stay positive and im pretty sure you will get back in the groove of things

Hi there, don't be too hard on yourself, Lemma. I came off LL for 6 weeks because of surgery and put 10lbs on. You are back on the LL wagon. I'm on day 3 now and can't wait to be back to my pre-op weight as my ideal weight was on 6lbs away. Good luck.

Hi Lemma, I'm back too after putting on 21 lbs in a year. So day 1 today. Good luck.

Its cos i broke my wrist that i had to come off the plan and do RtM. Its hard getting back onto it, isn't it?

I'm going to try again to "get into the Groove" as USAGirl says.

I have to come up with another mantra....anyone got any suggestions? Try and keep them clean:p

These are my few that have seen me through:

IN IT TO WIN IT!

FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION! ZERO TOLERANCE!

I MAYBE CAN'T CHANGE THE WAY I FEEL, BUT I CAN CHANGE THE WAY I DEAL.

They have serve me well.

Oh, and of course, "You Rock!" :D Tell myself that once a day!! :D :D

Hi Lemma, I found that finding my 'groove' was helped by remembering how good being on this diet feels when the weight evaporates. I also find a forage through my new skinny clothes helps too.

Thanks for the words of support BL. This was my 6th surgery on my feet and this time I had both operated on at once. I keep growing benign nerve tumors/growths which are tremendously painful - the result of just 3 months using a treadmill. So, I guess that 10lbs in the context of being fairly immobile is not too bad.
