am i allowed strepsils???

if im SS ing i have a soar throat but im thinking im probably not allowed strepsilts...they are sugar free thou...lol xx

Strictly speaking anything added to SS is therefore not SS. However I also use the sugar free strepsils. I couldn't tell you if they'd upset ketosis or your weight loss, or cause cravings.

Personal thing. But for goodness sake, don't have the ones that have sugar in.
