I've been on 810 for a week (after being on 1000 for a few weeks) and I lost 3 lbs, then put 2 of them straight back on - and now I seem to be stuck at 10 stone 2
Anyone have any ideas as to what I should do?
I really want to get to 9 stone!
maybe check portions size? have u been less active... or the fat is actually gone but ur replacing it with muscel... drink more water?
erm... any other ideas anyone?
