I have been doing ww for 3 weeks and want to loose 221bs. First week I lost 41bs then last week 1 1b. I had saved about 11 points for my drinking at the weekend but I feel today with been hungover I have picked alot and went over my points due to prob been time of month also!!! The only thing is I have exercised 5 times this week and I dont count those points so I am hoping I might be okay at weigh in tomorrow.
I am so disappointed is this normal to kind of fall off it on 3rd week!!!
