Headache

Hi all, just wondered if anyone could tell me what tablets i could take for a headache whilst on ss. kids have stressed me out and i now have a major headache been ignoring it for a while but im now starting to feel sick. I suffer with migraines but i know i cant take my medication. Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks Kel xx

Paracetamol or ibruprofen are fine, as long as they are the coated kind.
