hi im new to this site and want to lose 5 stone my dr has put me on xenical i just want to know if anyone else is on it and im also here to find diet buddies for :wave_cry:help and support

Hi, welcome . I'm not on Xenical, I'm doing the W8 diet, but I'd be very interested to see how you progress on it and how effective it is. Best of luck.

hi thanks for the welcome this site is more helpful and nicer than the other site i was on no one cares to chat with you on them and it wasnt free either i will keep you updated on the progress thanks

hi thanks for the welcome i also have had no side affects so far how much have you lost on it please and what exercise you doing as im new to dieting and thinking of giving up
