Hi all after some advice please, I am going on Hoilday in 25 days, not sure what to do about eating I dont want to tfr whilst away any help on what to eat will be fantastic.
thanks:):):)

Hey hun. If you're intent on not sticking to TFR whilst away I'd stay stick to things like lean chicken/fish and salads - as few carbs as possible x

i had this problem last week, but i was only away for 3 days, i asked around here for advice and alot of people said stick to it..
i was thinking of the hassle of making shakes, washing the shake bottle, anyway i stuck to it and glad i did, i think unless your very near your target you should stick at it..
you can have everything handy in your hoilday apartment...
all best whatever you do!!

Glad to hear you're glad you stuck to it hun :) I'm off on the 29th Sept and aiming to stick to TFR also

Fraggle, it is easier to stick to LT while away as some find it harder second time around. If you don't want to then stick with what Gemma said and go lean meat/fish and salad.

You know yourself better than us so if you know you can't stick to LT then minimise the effect by sticking to low carb low fat.

Good luck with whichever course you choose.

x

My doc knows im having a week off in November so we are planning towards it.

Good luck in your choice, if your sensible then i think go for it and have a break

i went away a few weeks ago and stuck to 2 shakes in day and then an evening meal- made sure it was seafood, chicken with salad, and managed to stay in ketosis all way through! i lost 5lbs doing it that way and still enjoyed my holidays, plus when you're away in the sunshine, you wont fancy anythin carby anyway! just remember to take something to mix your shakes with! x
