well going to start me food diary with my final 'naughty' day for a long time.
Breaky - greggs bran and rye bun (HEB) toasted with laughing cow light (HEA)
Lunch- Half a roast chicken
Dinner- 2 large slices cheesy bites pizza from pizza hut with a bowl of salad (guessing 40 syns)
Snacks- 4 oranges 2 bananas slice ham hifi bar (HEB)
Drinks- Tea with milk (HEA) and diet pepsi
total syns for the day approx 40
this is the first day after weigh in so therefore fr he rest of the week im limiting myself to 30 syns - thats 5 syns a day to hopefully ofset the pizza :|
