BMI 25.6 can I do CD

I have an appointment to meet my local counsellor but worried when I get there she will say I cant do it. I am 5'5 and weigh 11 stone - ideally I would weigh 9stone 5. Do you think she willaccept me as a client

There is no reason why you can't do CD unless you are on any medication and then you will have to notify your GP.
As your BMI is around 26 you wont be able to SS but you can you one of the higher plans.

Have a chat with your CDC and they will be able to advise you as to which plan will be suitable.
