Porridge

Morning
Have got some porridge in the cupboard - is it 28g as H/E b? How much water do you add (threw box away).

I have porridge and its 28g as a HEb. I add my skimmed milk allowance to mine (350ml) as my HEa to make it creamier.

Thanks for that - will probably mix water and some SS together.
Back to work next week (school holidays have gone by in a flash) and eat breakfast before 7am so want something to keep me 'going' until lunchtime.
