Lunch: Cauliflower, asda cheese sauce, 2 alpen lite bars = 8
Snack: pkt wheat crunchies, 1 apple = 7
Dinner: 75g mince, bisto granules, carrots, onions, mushrooms, peas, turnip = 8

Alpen lite bar = 2
